The 2012 Men’s Australian Amateur Singles was held at BTC recently with a small field of some of the best amateur players in the country. Match of the weekend was definetly between our two “young guns” Daniel and Michael Williams – who fought it out for 2 1/2 hours before Daniel finally secured victory…6/2 in the 5th set. Congratulations go to Kieran Booth from RMTC who took away the title in the end in a fine display of tennis throughout the weekend.
